Operation Overview

The hot press equipment controls three essential parameters - temperature, time, and pressure - to ensure stable welding results. This machine specializes in connecting PCB, FPC, and FFC products using soldering tin to achieve reliable electrical connections.

Precise parameter setting is crucial for quality welding. Optimal solder joints require sufficient solder to properly connect both surfaces with melted tin. Effective coordination of temperature, time, and pressure parameters ensures successful welding operations.

FPC construction consists of polyimide and copper layers with an operating temperature range of 130-200°C, reaching up to 300°C for short welding durations. During PCB and FPC welding, heat dissipation occurs through the indenter, material absorption, and air convection. Considering FPC thickness ranges from 0.02-0.12mm, temperature losses of 50-80°C should be factored into temperature settings.
