Advanced Imaging and Optical System

Features uniform ring light and high-brightness coaxial lighting with programmable brightness adjustment. Capable of recognizing all types of mark points, including rugged surfaces. Compatible with tin plating, coppering, gold plating, tin spraying, FPC, and various colored PCBs. Utilizes YUSH patented mathematical model to ensure high accuracy positioning.

Bilingual Operating Interface

Windows XP/Win 7 operating system with YUSH user-friendly software. Selectable Chinese/English interface with comprehensive features including operating journal, breakdown records, diagnostic tools, error analysis, and visual light alarms.

2D Solder Paste Print Quality Inspection

Integrated 2D system immediately detects solder paste deposition defects including deviation, insufficient paste, missing paste, and paste joint issues to guarantee consistent print quality.

Programmable Floating Print Heads

Unique long platform and track fixed design ensures stable PCB support. Short squeegee horizontal printing maintains pressure stability and conserves solder paste usage.
