The YSV-1A is a microcomputer-controlled blades moving PCB separator designed for precise, stress-free depaneling of V-cut SMT and LED boards. It separates pre-scored PCB panels cleanly without damaging components, making it a reliable choice for SMT and LED circuit board production lines.

Key Features of the V-Cut PCB Cutting Machine

Microcomputer program control delivers precise positioning and stable, repeatable separation.
Separates pre-scored PCB panels without stress to the board or mounted components.
One-touch programming of cut length with clear digital display.
Separating speed adjustable via rotary knob for different board requirements.
Supports intermittent scoring as well as cut-out PCB designs.
